Gon punches a rock and it breaks down. It’s hard to tell if this is fracturing or slightly explosive, but for now I’ll go with slightly explosive (15 J/cc).
Gon is 1.54 m tall. He’s 79 pixels here compared to diameter of rock at 169 and height at 137.
169 / 79 = 2.139 * 1.54 = 3.294 m, diameter of rock.
137 / 79 = 1.734 * 1.54 = 2.67 m, height of rock.
Treating this as a dome, the volume of destroyed rock would be 21.34 m^3.

Gon’s Janken
Gon hates rocks. This is a well-established fact in HxH. He decides to destroy this one with his new Janken technique. This time the rock is reduced to small rubble and shot away, so explosive fragmentation is in order (20 J/cc)
